Brownies To My Door is The Cake Suite, trading as Brownies To My door. We are fully registered, insured and proudly hold a 5* hygiene rating with FSA. We are based in Brighton, England and our service consists of delivering brownies, subscription boxes and other sweet treats via Royal Mail1st class (which takes bewteen 1-2 business days) to anywhere in the UK. Our brownies are packaged in 100% recyclable boxes which fit through any standard UK letter box. The privacy and safety of our customers is our priority, please feel reassured that any personal information submitted into our website is confidential, all details are stored privately and securely. We use third-party banking such as STRIPE and Paypal to verify payment.

Missing parcels & refunds
​
If your parcel does not arrive 2 days after you have recieved your dispatched email please do not hesitate to get in touch via email as soon as you can, ensuring our customers are happy and recieve their goods is our priority. Unfortunatley once we have taken our orders to the post office it is no longer in our control what happens to your parcel and it is in the hands of Royal Mail, we will always do our very best to resolve any issues regarding delivery and ensure our customers are left happy and with a tummy full of brownie!

Allergies

All ingredients are listed on each individual item in our shop apart from our subscription boxes as these are surprise flavours each month, all ingredients and allergens are listed in each delivery. Please note we work in a bakery which handles gluten, dairy, soya, nuts and wheat on a daily basis and therefore we cannot guarantee no cross contamination therefore there is a rsik of cross contamination. If you are ordering for someone with an allergy please enquire before hand to ensure the item you are ordering is suitable and add this to your order notes at checkout when placing your order.

Pet Disclaimer

Our brownies are delivered through your letterbox therefore if the recipient has pets please bare this in mind in case their pet gets hold of the brownies once they are posted.
